Costs within the Family Deal: Freedom+Independance – 21.98 €/month, Mini+Independance – 14.99 €/month, Independance – 11.99 €/month. Within the Schoolchild Deal, unlimited calls and internet – 12.98 €/month, while within the Youth Deal – 21.98 €/month. Internet Guard at home – 2.00 €/month, Internet Guard on phone – 1.20 €/month, Internet for Home I – 19.98 €/month, Internet for Home II – 23.99 €/month, Smart TV – 9.99 €/month (for new customers the basic trial period of LMT Smart TV from the day of connection until the end of the next month free of charge).
By becoming a member of the Family Deal, previously granted benefits may be revoked. Benefits are not applied in the month when LMT services are disabled or numbers are cancelled.
Before using LMT services, please read the personal data processing information provided by LMT. As a data controller, LMT pays the greatest attention to these issues. As part of the services provided by LMT, we process personal data only to the necessary extent and time period, which results from the nature of the service and the requirements of binding regulatory acts. Within the scope of this offer, basic data may be processed, such as name, surname, connection number, connection point address, issued device (router) data, etc., as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services. The purpose of the data to be processed is to implement the performance of the selected service, including ensuring the related quality, payments and resolution of the reported issues, if they arise, as well as the performance of the binding regulatory acts. The basis of data processing is the requested LMT service and the implementation of related regulatory acts. Such processing is a prerequisite for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partially or fully delay or terminate the provision of the transaction. More information about the protection of personal data implemented by LMT and the rights of individuals in the field of data processing is available in the LMT Privacy Policy.
When making changes to tariff plans or service connections, the benefits of the Family Deal may be canceled. Standard monthly fees apply to LMT services after canceling the Family Deal.
In order to ensure the best possible customer experience and more complete possibilities of using LMT services, during the use of services LMT can contact you (by phone, by sending a text message, e-mail or a message in the internet browser) about issues of service administration and use.
Every LMT customer is bound by the principles of Fair Use Policy of LMT Services.
